WHY NEED THIS
Mum's Life Is Exhausting
Our bodies go through a lot when we are carrying and delivering babies into this world. Taking care of a little human being can absorb you completely and after time you might find that you have been neglecting yourself. It is important to take some time to relax your body and mind.
Use it for
Quality Time To Relax
A totally different way of self-care is to spend some quality time with friends and loved ones. Date night is one that our mums love. Or if it is more difficult to have someone else take care of bubs, they will go for a date night in or instead a night out with friends. It does not have to be something big, just getting you away from the daily chores and having some time to talk and enjoy time with loved ones, is enough to recharge your battery.
