Massages come to mind easily and are a preferred way of relaxation for our mums. However, there are many different forms of massage. In general massage helps to realign your body and to relax your muscles. When done right and in the right setting, you will feel reborn after your session.

The 6 Ways Our Mums Relax
- Conspiracy theories – if you do not get all wind up about them, these might actually be relaxing to watch, according to our mums. Some of them love sitting back and watching the conspiracy theories.
- Painting – for the artistic mum: acrylic pour painting seems to be quite relaxing. Have you ever watched one of those tutorials online? They look so easy that some of our mums tried it themselves. Remember, it is all about the experience… if the result is not so great, you do not have to share it with anyone…
- TV/Netflix – who watches tv nowadays? Some still do, but many of our mums go to Netflix to pick and choose something of their liking. Sit back and relax!
- Book – the old-time book is a favourite amongst our mums. Less stimuli than watching tv and with candles, wine and chocolate this sounds like a nice night in.
- Bath – oh that feeling when you let your body sink into a nice warm bath. The immediate relaxation of your body is such a treat. Imagine that with a glass of champagne… heaven!
- Hot shower and bed – a little bit less romantic, but probably with the same result… The warm water will relax your muscles instantly and to get a few extra hours of snooze in, is always a treat for us mums.
