Instead of the regular lactation cookies, you can also make some lactation raw balls. More goodness, less of the calories and all the lactation support you need. Really yum too!

INGREDIENTS
- 20 g ground flaxseed
- 20 g ground linseed (or use up to 40 g)
- 80 g oats
- 90 g sultanas
- 80 g dates
- 1 T coconut oil
- 3 T Brewer’s yeast (heaped spoons are fine)
- 30 g Cocoa powder
- 15 g honey
- Desiccated coconut for coating
Instructions
- 1. Add all ingredients to a thermomix, blender or food processor and blend.
- 2. Roll into balls
- 3. Store in the fridge
- NOTES
- • The ingredients that promote good lactation are linseeds, flaxseeds, Brewer’s yeast and oats.
- • Add 150 g dark choc chips for more deliciousness!
