Tacos

Change up your taco order with a legume-packed version that uses satisfying ingredients to create a filling and flavourful meal. Use zesty pickled onion and creamy avocado and this meal has a bit of everything for a Mexican feast!

INGREDIENTS

  • Mini wraps
  • Meat of your liking: chicken, beef or mince (add Mexican seasoning)
  • Veggies of your liking, for instance: tomato, avocado, red onion, corn, coleslaw, coriander
  • Shredded cheese
  • Sauce of your liking
  • Sour cream

Instructions

  • 1.   Follow packet instructions to warm wraps
  • 2.   Chop the veggies in little cubes
  • 3.   Prepare the meat
  • 4.   Load wraps with meat and veggies
  • 5.   Add shredded cheese
  • 6.   Add some sauce and sour cream
